Secondly sugars increase food craving, so you tend to eat more. Also fats or lipids are important for body too and so is some amount of sugar. That does not mean you go out and eat chocolates and chips. The fastest way to lose weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet and check you calorie intake.

If you either consume fewer calories than you need or burn out more calories by exercising than you consume then you will lose your weight very quickly.
