  3. Exercising more to lose weight quickly. Yes exercising is very important when losing weight. That does not mean that by doing more exercises you will lose weight. People get a treadmill and start running on it for hours from day one. It never works like that your body gradually increases metabolism. So you should never overdo yourself. You might injure yourself as well.
  4. No carb diet will make me lose weight. Again carbohydrates are important. If you are working out and walking you will need energy. Just like fats, there are good carbs and bad carbs. You should avoid bad carbs and eat more good carbs. The bad carbs are sugar and good carbs are fiber.
  5. There is no such miraculous fastest way to lose weight except maybe a cellulite treatment. Weight lost fast can be gained back again very fast. So take it slow and steadily lose your weight.
